Requirements
Must:
- I require previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- I look for strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- You should have experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Online.
- Exposure to Citrix environments and basic network troubleshooting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach are a must.
- I need someone who can prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- You should be a proactive, organized individual who takes ownership of issues.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable due to occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for all IT incidents and service requests.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- I need you to manage user setups and account administration across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online.
- Supporting and maintaining Windows 10/11, Teams, SharePoint, and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops will be part of your duties.
- You will assist with system upgrades, deployments, and various IT projects.
- Maintaining accurate IT asset management and documentation is part of the role.
- Delivering a high level of customer service to users at all levels is crucial.
Description
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Leeds, requiring you to be onsite five days a week. There may be occasional travel required to our Sheffield and York offices. Ideally, we would like you to be available within a one-month notice period. The salary for this position ranges from £28,000 to £35,000 per annum.
