Must:
We are looking for an ERP Consultant with a background in Finance or Manufacturing. You should have experience in ERP implementation, finance systems consultancy, or business systems analysis. A strong understanding of financial processes, including chart of accounts, reporting, and internal controls, is crucial. Experience in manufacturing, production, FMCG, or a similar sector is preferred. You must be able to translate complex requirements into clear solutions and possess confident communication skills to lead workshops. Additionally, experience in producing process maps or structured documentation, along with an analytical and organized approach, is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the implementation and improvement of finance modules within an ERP platform. You will analyze financial and operational processes, identify issues, and recommend improvements. Your responsibilities will include running workshops and discovery sessions with customer stakeholders, capturing and documenting detailed requirements, and designing current and future state processes across finance and manufacturing. You will also configure financial structures, approvals, reporting, and controls while supporting early-stage activities by showcasing how the system can address challenges in manufacturing. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure smooth and consistent delivery and build strong customer relationships while encouraging ongoing improvement.
Description
We are seeking someone with broad knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production planning, costing, inventory, and traceability. Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Sage, Epicor, IFS, or similar is important.
