Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a small or medium sized organisation
- Strong technical understanding of multi user systems including cloud based and on premises platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and adaptable setting with real accountability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence or Visio
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum or PRINCE2 frameworks
- Degree or equivalent experience and a recognised Business Analysis qualification such as BCS or IIBA
Responsibilities
- Work with users, stakeholders and IT colleagues to capture and define business requirements
- Translate non technical needs into clear and actionable technical specifications
- Manage multiple small to medium workstreams through the full delivery lifecycle
- Support workshops, produce documentation and report on project progress
- Deliver projects using Agile or PRINCE2 style methods
- Ensure all solutions are delivered on schedule, within scope and aligned to business goals
