Requirements
Must:
- Strong analytical capability with experience turning complex data into clear, actionable insight
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, SLAs, KPIs and performance reviews
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively at senior levels
- A commercial, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, ideally based within 90 minutes of Morley, Leeds, with travel required as part of the role
Responsibilities
- Use internal and external data to make evidence-based decisions on optimal network locations and expansion strategy
- Track weekly, monthly and quarterly network performance, ensuring targets are met and proactively flagging risks or blockers
- Lead supplier performance reviews, using insight to drive continuous improvement across physical and digital network capabilities
- Partner with Operations, IT, Finance and Out of Home leaders to support growth plans, budgets and performance outcomes
- Produce clear performance reporting across parcel volumes, capacity usage, availability and profitability
