Lead QA Data Engineer

- Own and lead the end-to-end data quality and testing strategy across data pipelines and platforms. - Design and implement automated testing frameworks for batch and streaming data pipelines. - Define and enforce data quality rules, metrics, and monitoring across key datasets. - Integrate data testing and validation into CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows. - Partner with Data Engineers to review pipeline design, transformations, and schema changes. - Lead root-cause analysis for data incidents and drive long-term preventative improvements. - Establish documentation, standards, and governance processes for data quality and assurance. - Mentor and develop engineers, embedding strong quality engineering practices across teams.
