Requirements
Must:
- Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling
- Experience in data transformation, interrogation, and wrangling
- A problem-solving mindset and a love for data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Python, and API integration
- Experience in logistics and ERP systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Developing and supporting network-wide data and BI improvement projects
- Creating tools that enable root cause analysis and data visualisation
- Delivering regular insights through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to operations and executive stakeholders
- Automating legacy reporting and championing Power BI adoption across the network
- Building proactive systems and data infrastructure to support a high-performance culture
- Providing strategic insights to optimise flow, improve service, and manage risk
- Enhancing trend analysis and guiding teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Communicating performance updates and risks clearly and consistently
- Responding quickly to changing demands and supporting multiple stakeholders
