Requirements
Must:
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
- Experience as a BA on several projects of varying size and complexity throughout the full project delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with business change (people, process, and technology) projects and initiatives.
- Familiarity with a variety of elicitation, analysis, and presentation techniques.
- Experience in Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile frameworks is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Confluence & JIRA or equivalent tools.
- Proficient in documenting requirements, impact analyses, gap analyses, and business rules.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to identify, articulate, prioritize, and manage requirements for business change.
- Create solution and technology-agnostic artifacts that can be used to design and implement solutions and deliver customer value.
- Understand business drivers, stakeholders’ goals, and desired benefits from changes.
- Define an analysis approach for each initiative, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques with the support of senior team members.
- Assess the business context, organizational structures, and processes to identify areas of opportunity and accurately diagnose business problems.
- Capture business problem statements and convert these into stakeholder requirements.
- Analyze requirements to ensure clarity, consistency, alignment, and traceability within a coherent structure.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements that provide the greatest business value, enabling effective solution delivery planning.
- Facilitate the design of to-be business processes and system solutions, ensuring proper testing and transition to live service while assessing the impact of proposed changes.
- Ensure strategic alignment to Vision, Missions, Strategies, Objectives, Tactics (VMOST).
