Requirements
Must:
- Fluent in German
- Maths, English and ICT skills
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Experience within a Network environment or Support Desk (desirable)
- Good attention to detail
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to demonstrate a practical approach to problems or challenges
- Committed and willing to learn
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Excellent timekeeping, reliable and trustworthy
Responsibilities
- Ensure Service Levels are achieved by providing prompt and effective resolution to incidents and problems
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Operations and Delivery teams to implement new systems and services smoothly
- Provide detailed advice and guidance to customers on the effective use of systems, products, and services
- Identify and investigate problems to diagnose underlying causes and assist customers
- Interface between customers and service providers for unresolved requests
- Set priorities for resolution, monitor progress, and apply escalation procedures
- Manage customer Incidents and Requests to ensure resolution within agreed timescales
