Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in IT or software customer support. While knowledge of solar systems is advantageous, we prioritize a strong understanding of IT support processes and tools. A background in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. A quick learner with a proactive approach to technical challenges is essential.

As our IT Customer Support Executive, you will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. You will provide system software training and walkthroughs to clients over the phone, resolve technical issues, and offer effective IT troubleshooting. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous support is crucial. Additionally, you will document all support activities and gather client feedback for internal use.
