Must:
- Proficiency in SQL: Some hands-on experience with SQL queries, working with databases, CTEs, data management and backup / restore procedures
- Understanding of Database Management: Basic knowledge of how to manage and optimize databases, with a willingness to grow in this area
- Desire to Learn: Strong commitment to continuous self-paced learning and development, with support from the team
- Problem-Solving Skills: Enjoys tackling challenges and finding efficient solutions to technical issues
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prior Experience: Previous work, personal projects, or education involving databases, SQL, or data management
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining databases, ensuring they perform efficiently and securely with SQL Server
- Support the creation and maintenance of database structures, ensuring consistency and data integrity
- Write and optimize SQL queries to manage data and monitor database performance
- Assist in troubleshooting database issues and implementing fixes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs
- Maintain accurate documentation for database structures, processes, and configurations
- Stay up to date with database technologies and contribute to improving database management practices
