Must:
- Demonstrate understanding of delivering at pace using various methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean in a software engineering environment
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting
- Familiarity with supplier management and project management
- Ability to manage risks and issues proactively
- Detail a plan for onboarding within the first 90 days
- Ability to influence and coach colleagues effectively
- Knowledge of AI applications in project delivery is an advantage
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own demand intake and backlog readiness, supporting prioritisation
- Manage delivery forecasting and capacity utilisation with stakeholders
- Produce metrics and insights, providing regular reporting in accessible language
- Maintain RAID while driving return to green plans and resolving impediments
- Track and manage daily delivery matching timesheet data to enhance timelines
- Undertake supplier management and hold them accountable for delivery
- Run and continuously improve agile rituals and ways of working
