Requirements
Must:
- Experience managing a minimum of 2 IFS Cloud Rollouts
- Significant ERP Programme / Project Management experience
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Implementations
Responsibilities
- Accountable for day-to-day delivery of the programme against scope, timeline, cost, and quality
- Own the integrated plan and manage cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing
- Lead workstream execution management including priorities, unblockers, alignment, and delivery focus
- Actively manage risks, issues, and decisions, driving mitigations and closures
- Own delivery governance outcomes including steering committee materials, recommendations, and decision asks
- Drive scope and change control, including impact assessment, trade-offs, and recommendations
- Manage vendor/partner delivery plans, deliverables, performance, and escalations
- Ensure readiness across business and tech, including testing progression, cutover readiness, and training coordination with change
- Co-ordinate cutover planning at programme level, providing go/no-go inputs and managing mock cutover readiness
- Protect delivery focus by intervening early when workstreams drift and re-planning when necessary
