Requirements
Must:
- In-depth knowledge of aluminium door and window systems
- GGF or FENSA qualification, or willingness to work towards achieving it
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Previous experience preparing reports and delivering presentations
- Experience of working with ERP systems
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Commercial awareness relevant to the sector and local area could be an advantage
- Flexibility to accommodate overnight stays as required by business needs
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support across the business
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
- Coach, mentor, and upskill internal teams to strengthen technical capability
- Drive continuous improvement
- Lead and support colleagues to work innovatively, promoting collaboration across and between teams
- Deliver hands-on operational support, including phone-based and on-site technical assistance to customers
- Maintain and enhance technical knowledge across the organisation by conducting training needs analyses and delivering targeted training at individual, team, and organisational levels
