Requirements
Must:
We need our 1st Line Support Administrators to have a minimum of 1 year of experience within a busy Service Desk environment. A full clean driving license is essential, as this role requires travel to remote locations. Outstanding customer service and end-user experience are critical, along with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving, numeracy, and analytical skills are necessary, and a solid knowledge of Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems is required. Experience with SAP would be desirable.
Responsibilities
As a 1st Line Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing helpdesk support and resolving problems to our end users' satisfaction. You will monitor and respond efficiently to requests received through our ICT service management tool (Manage Engine), ensuring that tickets assigned to the queue are processed on a first-in-first-out basis based on priority. Your tasks will include utilising and maintaining the helpdesk tracking software, documenting internal procedures, installing software and hardware, assisting with the onboarding of new users, reporting issues via the correct escalation process, and assigning users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
