Requirements
Must:
- A solid background in embedded systems, signal processing, sensor technology, instrumentation or a related field
- Experience leading or coordinating technical projects, even if informally
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with customers and stakeholders
- An understanding of hardware and software integration
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as FPGA, DSP, MATLAB, LabView or similar, though no single technology is essential
- A genuine interest in working for a small, innovative company where you can make a real impact
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end to end, taking ownership of delivery from requirements through to installation and customer sign-off
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, translating their needs into clear briefs for the engineering team
- Manage project timelines, priorities and deliverables, keeping everything moving in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with the programmers and engineers on the ground, providing technical direction and support
- Support the continued development of the product and contribute ideas for improvement
