We are looking for someone with experience as a Project Manager in an IT Services or Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting. You need to have the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. We’re seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in introducing new ways of working. A focus on outcomes, rather than just administrative tasks, is important to us.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of multiple IT projects from planning through to completion. You will build detailed project plans that include milestones, deliverables, and risk registers. Coordinating resources and managing capacity across technical teams will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and management to keep projects aligned. Leading change management and process improvement across delivery will be vital. Additionally, you will produce clear, actionable reports for leadership and conduct post-project reviews to embed lessons learned.
