Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in an IT Services or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You should possess strong organisational and communication skills. An understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, networks, or infrastructure projects is essential. Familiarity with methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, or ITIL is highly desirable. You should also be confident in using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira. A proactive and structured approach to managing tasks and priorities is a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the planning and coordination of IT infrastructure and cloud projects. You will maintain project plans, schedules, and risk logs while tracking progress and updating internal stakeholders and clients on project status. Close collaboration with engineers, delivery managers, and senior leadership will be essential to ensure that milestones are met. You will prepare necessary documentation, reports, and resource plans, as well as assist with change control, governance, and delivery tracking.
