Responsibilities
- Ownership of IT infrastructure, systems, and security
- Hands-on support and administration across Microsoft 365, networking, servers, backups, and endpoints
- Managing third-party suppliers and MSPs
- Leading IT projects from planning through to delivery
- Driving cyber security standards and ISO 27001 readiness
- Acting as the primary IT point of contact for the business
Description
We are a well-established, respected business based in Boston, looking to recruit an IT Manager for a hands-on, delivery-focused position. This role involves taking ownership of our IT systems, infrastructure, and projects, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and project delivery. We offer a competitive salary of up to £47,500, a £7,500 bonus linked to project delivery, and flexibility in salary and bonus structure. Additionally, we provide EV charging on-site and maintain a fully on-site working pattern, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility.
