Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with around 2 years of experience in a 1st Line IT Support role, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). You should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and be comfortable supporting both Windows and Mac environments. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to keep learning.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients needing technical support, which may include assistance in person, via email, or over the phone. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve troubleshooting a variety of issues across hardware, software, networks, and cloud tools. You will manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and Microsoft 365, install, configure, and patch common business applications, and accurately document support tickets and resolutions in our helpdesk system. Additionally, you will spend one day per week on a key client site in London and one day per month in Birmingham. We will fully support you in progressing toward Microsoft certifications.
