Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone with previous experience in an MSP or support desk environment.
- I require strong communication and customer service skills.
- A solid working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Entra AD, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive is necessary.
- Familiarity with Active Directory user and group management is expected.
- A basic understanding of networking concepts such as switches, firewalls, and TCP/IP is important.
Responsibilities
- In this role, I will expect you to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
- You will respond to monitoring alerts and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate ticket notes as well as internal documentation will be key.
- You will also be responsible for creating end-user guides and contributing to internal knowledge resources.
- Identifying long-term solutions to recurring problems will be part of your duties.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for our clients will be essential.
