Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with around 2 years of experience in a similar support role. You should have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 admin tools and be comfortable working across both Mac and Windows environments. Strong communication skills and excellent people skills are essential, along with a customer-focused mindset and keen attention to detail. I also expect you to be willing to gain relevant Microsoft certifications.
Responsibilities
As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will deliver 1st line IT support via phone, email, and in person. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, as well as escalating complex issues to Level Two support as needed. You will be responsible for installing software, managing patches and updates (including MS Office, antivirus, and business apps), and managing user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Office 365. Additionally, I expect you to accurately document tickets, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk system.
