ERP Project Manager

- Lead project kick-off sessions, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria - Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk registers - Facilitate requirements gathering workshops - Establish clear communication and governance frameworks - Oversee day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery - Coordinate across consultants, developers, third parties, and client teams - Monitor progress using tools such as Celoxis and Teamwork - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation - Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle - Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders - Provide regular updates, reports, and issue tracking - Proactively manage expectations and resolve concerns - Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies - Lead structured change control processes - Monitor budgets and highlight potential overruns - Ensure adherence to internal governance standards - Ensure all deliverables meet agreed standards and best practices - Manage sign-offs, UAT, training coordination, and go-live readiness - Oversee cutover planning and post-go-live transitions - Maintain systems including Celoxis, Jira, Teamwork, SharePoint, and NetSuite - Perform month-end billing checks and validate project data - Support accurate invoicing and reporting processes - Contribute to improving methodologies, templates, and processes - Share knowledge and lessons learned across the team - Support and mentor junior team members
