Requirements
Must:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field
- Experience administering System21 or similar AS/400 based ERP systems
- Hands on knowledge of ERP transactional flows
- Practical experience with SQL, IBM Query/400 or other reporting tools
- Understanding of integrations (EDI, APIs, flat file transfers, middleware)
- Strong analytical skills for debugging issues across system, data, interface and process layers
Responsibilities
- Administer the System21 user accounts, roles, permissions and security settings
- Maintain master data tables, system parameters, batch jobs, printers, and environment housekeeping
- Support the business teams with navigation, troubleshooting, training and functional usage of core System21 processes
