- Technical and analytical literacy
Responsibilities
- Establish and refine e.survs data governance policies, standards, and frameworks
- Foster a culture of data ownership and stewardship across user communities
- Establish comprehensive data controls and quality rules throughout the data lifecycle
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory reviews and audits related to data governance and management
- Develop targeted training programs to enhance data literacy and support a strong data culture
- Cultivate relationships with risk, compliance, and corporate governance teams
- Collaborate with audit functions to provide oversight of data governance
- Drive improvements in data control maturity and compliance
