- Demonstrable knowledge of creating and/or executing Test Plans (desirable)
- Experience in designing solutions and configuring applications to meet stakeholder requirements (desirable)
- ITIL v2, or v3 Foundation certification (desirable)
- Good level of standard numeracy and literacy
- Knowledge of software development processes (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide testing, configuration, and support for e.surv business applications
- Act as the technical lead for key business applications, serving as the main contact with suppliers
- Design and implement solutions, applying configuration to e.surv applications to meet stakeholder needs
- Assist lenders in testing solutions that integrate with e.surv applications
- Troubleshoot business applications (e.g., Quest, SurveyHub, SurveyBooker, Sunrise) and liaise with suppliers to find workarounds and resolutions
- Create and execute test plans for applications in use
- Operate the Change Management process, ensuring stakeholders follow correct procedures
- Adhere to the Request For Change process for application/workflow changes
- Keep the support ticketing system up to date
- Communicate any concerns regarding conflicting duties or responsibilities to the line manager
- Comply with e.Surv information security management processes aligned to ISO27001
- Follow all policies and operating procedures of the IT department
- Contribute as an active team member
