Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in a Scrum Master role for Software Development teams, particularly in delivering commercial applications for demanding clients in the Inventory Management domain.
- Demonstrable expertise in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Detailed knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.).
- A technical background that aids in prioritization and best practices.
- A desire to learn new technologies, techniques, and approaches, and to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and drive teams.
- Ideally, an educational background of at least a degree level with certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master status.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate regular Agile (SAFe) Scrum ceremonies.
- Coach teams to understand and apply Scrum principles while adopting appropriate mindsets and behaviors.
- Act as a process owner, driving improvements, maximizing efficiencies, and increasing autonomy and ownership.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure that sprints align with project goals and maintain the product backlog.
- Motivate and engage teams to focus on value-based outcomes.
- Leverage strong Agile methodology knowledge to enable one or more cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.
- Use metrics and measures to drive insights and continuous improvement, ensuring teams can realize their potential.
- Ensure that impediments are made visible and facilitate the resolution of any issues affecting team flow.
