We seek an Operational Technology Information Security Analyst with in-depth experience in ensuring that Physical Security aligns with security policies. You should have a strong expertise in Cyber Security technologies within a Physical Security setting, including Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), vulnerability detection, log collection systems, SIEM solutions, CCTV, and Access Control Systems (ACS). A thorough understanding of Physical Security and information security laws, including GDPR and NIS, is essential. Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks and certifications such as NCSC CAF, NIST, ISO 27000 series, CIS, PSP, CRISK, and RSES is highly desirable.

In your role, you will work closely with the Information Security Manager to provide a Cyber Security advisory service for the Physical Security function. Youll be responsible for creating and managing the Cyber Security compliance schedule, conducting detailed assessments of the current threat landscape, and supporting Cyber Security audits. Additionally, you will create and present comprehensive Cyber Security reports, manage escalations, and contribute to testing, training, and company-wide communication. The role requires effective use of penetration testing data and a strong commitment to ongoing Cyber Security education and enhancement.

This position involves reviewing Cyber Security policies, assisting with incident and security reviews, and ensuring compliance with internal Cyber Security frameworks. You will need to possess excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
