Requirements
Must:
We require candidates with significant experience in ADF, Azure Data Lakes, Azure SQL, and Synapse Analytics. An in-depth understanding of SQL development and Power BI is essential, along with detailed experience in designing ETL data pipelines and processes in a CI/CD environment. You should have experience in presenting complex data effectively using data visualization techniques. Additionally, you should have experience in leading a team of BI development staff and a solid understanding of data quality and the ability to prepare data for analysis.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence system infrastructure. You will gather, interpret, and develop reporting requirements by partnering with business leads. Your role will also involve developing and driving actionable insights from our data sources to support senior management decision-making. Conducting data quality checks and ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all aspects before implementing findings will be crucial. Furthermore, you will lead a team of specialized BI staff to develop reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings.

This position is a hybrid role based in Warrington, offering a salary range of £60,000 to £70,000, along with an excellent bonus and benefits.
