Requirements
Must:
- In-depth experience in an Information Security Lead role.
- Strong expertise with Cyber Security technologies within a Physical Security setting (Intrusion Detection Systems, Intrusion Prevention Systems, vulnerability detection, log collection systems, SIEM solutions, CCTV, and Access Control Systems).
- Experience in conducting detailed Cyber Security assessments across the entire Physical Security environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to write and present detailed reports.
- Thorough understanding of Physical Security and information security law, including GDPR and NIS.
- Exposure to Cyber Security frameworks, standards, and certifications such as NCSC CAF, NIST, ISO 27000 series, CIS, PSP, CRISK, and RSES.

- Collaborate closely with the Information Security Manager to develop a Cyber Security advisory service for the Physical Security function.
- Assist in creating and managing the Cyber Security compliance schedule.
- Conduct detailed assessments of the current threat landscape, addressing risks and supporting Cyber Security audits.
- Create and present detailed Cyber Security reports, including the management of escalations.
- Contribute to Cyber Security testing, training, and company-wide communication.
- Utilize and interpret penetration testing data and manage vulnerabilities.
Description
We are urgently seeking an Information Security Lead who possesses in-depth experience in ensuring that Physical Security aligns with our security policy. This role involves being an advisor and collaborating with various stakeholders and management to enhance our security posture. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing Cyber Security policies, assisting with incident and security reviews, and ensuring that business processes comply with internal Cyber Security frameworks. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential for success in this position. This hybrid role is based in Preston, offering a competitive salary of up to £61,500, along with an excellent bonus and benefits.
