Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in PHP and modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) within enterprise environments
- Proven experience in enterprise application and integration architecture
- Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and microservices architectures
- Experience with data architecture, MDM concepts, and system interoperability
- Knowledge of security, governance, and enterprise controls
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Security, Risk) and influence decision-making
Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps
- Translate business strategy into target-state application, integration, and data architectures
- Provide architectural governance across PHP-based and multi-technology ecosystems
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise platforms and APIs
- Guide solution architects and engineering teams on architecture decisions and best practices
- Evaluate and rationalise applications, tools, and platforms across the enterprise
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, performance, and availability requirements
- Support investment decisions through technology assessments and business cases
