Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a support role or an electrical/electronics background.
- Willingness to be trained on IT systems, software programs, and networking.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Must be within a commutable distance to Theale.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to installers of smart home equipment from the office.
- Solve complex technical challenges.
- Ensure timely installations and problem resolutions.
- Work a standard office-based schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
