Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Software Support Engineer or similar, who is commutable to Northampton and can travel to various sites as needed. Candidates with experience in technical support, IT support, CNC, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, machining, tools, software, or Visual Basic will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, your time will be split between our office and face-to-face meetings with clients. You will conduct client visits to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve bespoke software issues while providing technical support. You will receive specialist training in the Manufacturing / CNC industry to enhance your skills and grow your career within our well-established engineering company.

We are a tight-knit company with over 20 years of experience, experiencing excellent growth and serving a broad range of industries including Civil, Defence, Aerospace, and Automotive. We offer production solutions such as tool measuring and presetting, manufacturing support, and shrink technology. This position comes with a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000, along with training, progression opportunities, a company car, a bonus, and various benefits.
