Requirements
Must:
We require the ideal candidate to hold a degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. Additionally, you should possess certifications such as Cisco CCNP Routing, with supplementary qualifications like CCT or CompTIA Network/Security. Approximately 8 years of experience in network design and architecture is expected, preferably in environments with complex infrastructure demands. You should have experience working in construction environments, strong collaboration and communication skills, and a clean DBS check. Being located within 20 miles of the job site is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Network Architect, you will design networks for various construction projects, ensuring that the appropriate solutions meet our clients' diverse needs. Your role will involve end-to-end on-site implementation, guaranteeing that network infrastructure components fulfill all necessary obligations. This encompasses connectivity, cybersecurity & data protection, cloud integration & collaboration tools, IoT, smart equipment, as well as scalability and business continuity.

In this office/site-based role, you will work with various construction companies to develop blueprints for network structures tailored to specific operational requirements. The salary for this position ranges from £80,000 to £90,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
