Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have IT support experience, specifically in infrastructure management, at Level 3 or similar. You should possess customer service experience and excellent communication skills. A degree or similar qualification in an IT-related field is essential. We require individuals who are willing to work night shifts on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the third line of escalation for tickets, emails, and client support. Your primary responsibilities will include managing Microsoft Infrastructure for our clients across the UK and Ireland, as well as supporting the team and mentoring junior members of staff.
