Requirements
Must:
- Experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
- Proficient in Office 365.
- Ability to commute to various sites around Swindon.
- Interest in furthering career development within IT Services.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT Support to schools within the Swindon area.
- Deliver 1st and 2nd Line support, addressing hardware and software issues related to ICT and AV technology.
- Ensure high levels of customer service while visiting client locations.
- Work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

We are a well-established company with over 20 years in the field, and we have a close-knit team dedicated to delivering IT Support services to a diverse range of clients. Following the acquisition of a significant contract, we are expanding our team to better serve 10 schools and Multi-Academy Trusts in the Swindon area. This role is ideal for an IT Support Technician eager to grow in a dynamic environment that offers continuous training and clear pathways for progression into Project Management and Team Leader roles.
