Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience as a Lead Developer
- Proven expertise in Symfony
- Strong technical knowledge of PHP back-end architectures
- Proficient in JavaScript/Node for front-end development
- Previous leadership or managerial experience
- Ability to work autonomously and implement strategies
- Commutable distance to Bristol (fully remote role)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of three developers
- Oversee the companys website and e-commerce platform
- Design, build, and optimise a high-performing, scalable platform
- Implement innovative solutions and drive improvements in the digital experience
- Shape the strategy and direction of the e-commerce platform
