- IT Support Experience
- Strong Leadership and communication skills

- Located within 20 miles from the job site
- Pass DBS check
- Preferably have experience in the education sector
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of IT Field Engineers
- Provide on-site support for various IT tasks including building servers, networking, and cybersecurity
- Solve a range of IT-related issues, such as digital transformation, strategic planning, and network troubleshooting
- Act as the last line of defense against IT issues by offering premium solutions and making key decisions
- Monitor and ensure smooth operations of your team
Description
