Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT support with a focus on infrastructure management (Level 3 or similar)

Responsibilities
- Act as the third line of escalation for tickets, emails, and client support
- Manage Microsoft infrastructure for our clients across the UK and Ireland
- Provide support to the team and junior members of staff
- Participate in rotating night shifts as part of your role
