Requirements
Must:
- Experience in an IT technician role within the fire and security industry
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to obtain SC clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and server environments
- Configure, maintain, and support Gallagher Access Control applications to ensure seamless integration with CCTV, intruder, and intercom systems
- Support and assist with the commissioning of integrated fire and security systems on live projects
- Manage patching, updates, backups, and system security in line with best practices and company policies
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, GDPR, and data protection regulations
- Liaise with external providers and vendors when escalating complex issues or managing third-party systems
