Requirements
Must:
- IT Support Technician or recent graduate
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms and Microsoft server roles
- Strong networking skills related to firewalls, TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and switching
- Familiarity with hardware installation, AI tools, and Microsoft 365 management
- Must be located within 20 miles from the job site
Responsibilities
- Provide external support for all remote client-related issues
- Manage Microsoft 365 and perform various IT tasks including networks and firewalls
- Engage in general IT problem-solving and assist with support requests, installations, administration, and configuration tasks
