Requirements
Must:
- Ability to multi-task in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge and experience of Software Deployment
- Problem analysis and solving
- Supporting bespoke application
- Knowledge and experience of system monitoring solutions
- Excellent communication skills while developing effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
- SQL database experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide software support for critical business systems of business customers
- Deploy and configure software applications, meeting customer requirements and ensuring error-free deployment and configuration
- Handle customer incidents, problems, and requests within strict Service Level Agreements
- Answer questions from customers about the features and capabilities of the supported applications
