Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Platform Engineer with the following qualifications:
- Excellent working knowledge of Linux systems
- Strong experience working with cloud providers
- Experience with container orchestration, specifically Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of software development principles
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Understanding of version control using Git
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize demands
- Self-management skills to meet agreed deadlines
Responsibilities
As a Platform Engineer, your role will involve:
- Managing shared infrastructure and contributing to the design of multi-tenancy systems
- Collaborating with the development team to produce business-critical, bespoke databases for a variety of exciting clients
- Engaging in continuous learning and professional development through training and access to senior developers
