Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years cloud full-stack development
- 2+ years in a Senior / Lead role with mentoring experience
- Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and C# (.NET)
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of SQL and MongoDB / NoSQL
- Familiarity with Azure (App Services, Azure Batch)
- Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines)
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture across Node, React, and .NET
- Stay hands-on in the codebase
- Design scalable cloud and data solutions
- Mentor developers and set technical standards

We are a Birmingham-based software house looking for a hands-on Lead Fullstack Developer / Technical Lead to own architecture, tech stack, and best practices for our small development team.
