We are looking for an enthusiastic Front-End Developer who possesses excellent skills with modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and responsive design. Knowledge of pre-processors and build tools is essential, along with experience integrating with complex web-based APIs and using version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with React is a must, while experience with React Native, TypeScript, unit testing in Jest, or end-to-end testing with Cypress is desirable. Additionally, exposure to design packages such as the Adobe Suite, Sketch, or Figma would be a plus. We seek passionate individuals who can work independently or collaboratively as needed.
Responsibilities
As a Front-End Developer, you will be accountable for building the front end of our digital tools, ensuring improvements to both existing and future iterations. You will build high-quality user interfaces and help shape several major projects aimed at enhancing user experiences across our platform. Your role will also involve working closely with stakeholders to translate complex user journeys and diverse requirements into enjoyable user experiences. You will join a fast-paced environment and collaborate with our team to meet deadlines.
Description
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, along with a bonus, a 35-hour working week, and an excellent benefits package that includes a private pension, medical insurance, income protection, a death-in-service benefit of 4 times your salary, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). You will enjoy 25 days of holiday per year in addition to bank holidays, with options to buy or sell additional days.
