Must:
- At least 3 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in the professional services (e.g. finance, insurance, legal)
- Proven experience working with development teams to achieve desired results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create Functional and Non-Functional Requirements documents
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and document the ‘As-Is’, ‘To Be’ and ‘Gap’
- Assess the business implications of proposed changes
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes
- Experience of working within Agile and Scrum practices
- BA / PM certifications desirable
