Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience supporting Applications, Systems and Integrations
- Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management
- Documentation experience
- Experience with Content Management Systems would be beneficial
Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the product suite
- Resolve application and systems issues
- Monitor systems for performance issues
- Plan and implement system upgrades and changes
- Manage suppliers and third-party integrations
- Train staff on best practices for application use
