Requirements
Must:
- Experienced systems level engineer (electronics, software, IT, computer systems)
- Technical Qualification: Degree/HND/HNC
- Comfortable speaking with clients and engaging with technical colleagues at a high level
- Nice to have: knowledge of digital protocols (IP, MQTT, BACnet, DALI)
Responsibilities
- Supporting engineering teams, understanding systems at an engineering level
- Acting as the go-to person for integration support, working with different teams to ensure projects run smoothly
- Visiting clients with the specifications team, offering technical insight on changes, challenges, and solutions, and occasionally troubleshooting issues
