Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrable experience in datacenter operations
- Strong problem solving, understanding of RCA and analytical skills
- Strong technical background, with experience in structured cabling systems using CAT6, CAT7, multi-mode and single-mode fiber
- Experience working in geographically dispersed teams
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience
- Experience in managing high data volume and high security environments
- Driven, robust, self-motivated, delivery focused, and able to withstand 24/7 pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong service focus
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to be on-call
- Willingness to travel regularly
Responsibilities
- Manage both Entain and Betmgm’s Datacenters & Comms Rooms and oversee three direct reports
- Maintain relationships with third parties to meet committed timelines and quality standards
- Work with senior management to develop and implement an optimized Datacenter strategy
- Ensure that major Datacenter-related initiatives are executed timely without impacting customer experience or ROI
- Plan and align the Datacenter budget to business needs and strategy
- Ensure Datacenter incidents and changes are delivered against the appropriate SLAs
- Maintain service availability by addressing any issues that arise
