Requirements
Must:
- 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience building complex backend systems (RESTful APIs, microservices, etc.).
- Strong command of a modern frontend framework (React preferred, but Vue or Angular is also acceptable).
- Proven experience architecting and scaling web applications in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software design principles and system architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and mentoring other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable backend services using Python.
- Architect and implement frontend features using your preferred modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Make high-level architectural decisions and guide technical direction.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and performance.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Identify opportunities for technical improvement and innovation.
