Requirements
Must:
- I have 10 years of experience in software/product/engineering delivery, with a focus on architectural leadership.
- I possess proven experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and have a strong understanding of integrations across various ecosystems.
- I have a strong grasp of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, as well as experience with tools like JIRA or similar.
- I am skilled at communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- I have experience working across matrix teams and managing multiple projects in parallel.
- (Bonus) I have deep knowledge of AWS services and experience with delivery metrics, proofs of concept (POCs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and direct customer engagement.
- (Bonus) I have a background in scaling products and services across diverse environments.
Responsibilities
- I will define and deliver robust technical solutions across engineering, product, and operations.
- I will work hands-on with internal teams and external customers to capture requirements, shape roadmaps, and guide delivery through estimation.
- I will architect scalable and secure systems on cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- I will lead technical planning for multi-customer deployments and complex service integrations.
- I will own documentation that spans from engineering estimates to support run books and deployment guides.
- I will drive continuous improvement in our delivery processes and the evolution of our platforms.
